Welcome to Urbannesto . We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Items must not have stains, perfume, damage, or signs of wear.
• A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized products
• Innerwear/accessories (if applicable)

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive:

• a damaged item,
• defective product, or
• wrong item,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product for verification.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Amount will be credited to your original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via:

• Bank transfer
• UPI
• Store credit

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

• Size issues
• Damaged items
• Wrong products received

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

• Customers may need to bear return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
